We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours (business days only). We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays.

Public Holidays

Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If the delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next working day.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

At SmellWell UK, we aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but on the odd occasion, things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage, please do not accept the goods from the courier.
